MGTS optical cable is to put 250 & micro; M optical fiber is sleeved into a loose sleeve made of high modulus material, and the loose sleeve is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. For optical cables with certain core numbers, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be squeezed out of the metal reinforced core. The loose sleeve (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement core to form a compact and round cable core, and the gap in the cable core is filled with water blocking filler. Double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and then squeezed into a flame retardant sheath to form a cable.
All-round Waterproof Protection: Multi-layer, protection including fiber gel filling in loose tubes, full core water blocking and metal armor moisture barrier completely eliminates moisture penetration and longitudinal water seepage, ensuring long-term stable operation in humid environments.
